* ABB INDIA: The board has decided to pay interim dividend of 4.40 rupees per share.

* ALLAHABAD BANK: The management of the bank is said to have issued a diktat to all its 24,155 employees to participate in an ongoing share sale to employees.

* ANDHRA BANK: The bank today reported a net loss of 5.32 bln rupees for Oct-Dec, against a 567-mln-rupee profit a year ago, as provisions and contingencies nearly trebled.

* AXIS BANK: The bank will sell 5% stake in National Securities Depository for 1.65 bln rupees, at 825 rupees a share.

* BHARAT ELECTRONICS: Expects to breach 100-bln-rupee revenue mark in 2017-18 (Apr-Mar) and is upbeat about the order pipeline despite imminent competition in the defence sector.

* CANARA BANK: The board has approved raising up to 10 bln rupees through equity, according to an exchange filing by the lender.

* CG POWER AND INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS: Has bagged a 1.07-bln-rupee order from Energy Efficiency Services for the supply of low-voltage motors.

* DCB BANK: Will raise marginal cost of funds-based lending rates across tenures by 15 basis points effective Wednesday.

* DR REDDY'S LABORATORIES: Has initiated voluntary recall of over 80,000 bottles of its drug Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in 10-, 20- and 40-mg strengths from the US market due to quality concerns.

* EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA: The company's subsidiary, Copsale, has sold its entire stake of 51% in step-down subsidiary Ayngaran International to Kumarasamy Karunamoorthy for 51 pound sterling (around 4,600 rupees).

* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: Executive Chairman Malvinder Mohan Singh and Non-Executive Vice Chairman Shivinder Mohan Singh have tendered their resignation as directors on the board of the company.

* FUTURE CONSUMER: The board has approved raising up to 10 bln rupees through debt securities or equity shares, through private placement, preferential issue, or qualified institutions placement.

* GUJARAT ALKALIES AND CHEMICALS: The board has approved setting up a 39,600 mtpa chlorotoluenes plant at Dahej for 1.20 bln rupees.

* HEG: The board has decided to pay interim dividend of 30 rupees per share.

* INDIAN BANK: Will cut its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates across tenures by 5-15 basis points effective Monday.

* INDRAPRASTHA GAS: Has received grant of authorisation from Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board for development of city gas distribution network in Karnal district of Haryana.

* INDUSIND BANK: Has announced the launch of the 'all-in-one store' in partnership with Tapzo, an app aggregating platform.

* MAHANAGAR TELEPHONE NIGAM: Lines of more than 15,000 broadband customers of the company across south Mumbai along with Dadar and Parel, were down on Thursday for around six hours after the central router developed a technical snag.

* MARATHON NEXTGEN REALTY: The board has approved splitting shares in the ratio 2-for-1, and will also make changes in the capital clause of the company's memorandum of association.

* MANAPPURAM FINANCE: The board has decided to pay interim dividend of 0.50 rupees per share.

* MCNALLY BHARAT ENGINEERING CO: The board will meet on Tuesday to consider raising capital through preferential allotment of shares.

* VIJAYA BANK: The board has approved the issue of shares worth 12.77 bln rupees to the government on a preferential basis.
